You will also receive guidance toward a personalized cleanse plan, recipes, and herbs to explore that will meet your needs and goals.
Here is what you can expect from each week of the cleanse:
Week one: Ease into the cleanse. You will discover how to nourish yourself through an individualized program based on your constitution, health condition, and lifestyle. You will also learn how to prepare your kitchen, pantry, and mind for the cleanse.
Week two: Prepare the body for the cleanse. You will eat a wholesome ayurvedic diet specifically tailored to prepare your body for detoxification. You will also learn how to perform daily self-care practices such as oil massage, tongue scraping, and nasal irrigation to enhance the cleansing process.
Week three: Active cleanse. You will follow a simple and satisfying diet of kitchari, a nourishing and cleansing dish of rice and beans, with a spice profile tailored to your specific needs along with herbal teas and supplements. You will also learn how to perform gentle yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises to support the elimination of toxins and the balance of your energy.
Week four: Rejuvenation for body, mind, and consciousness. You will gradually reintroduce a variety of foods and spices to your diet, while continuing to follow a healthy and balanced ayurvedic routine. You will also learn how to maintain the benefits of the cleanse and prevent the accumulation of toxins in the future.
